Cake flour is a finely milled white flour made from soft wheat. It has very low protein content, making it suitable for baking. The higher protein content of other flours would make all patisseries less light & fluffy.
We trade in all types of flour from All purpose flour to Pizza flour, to bran flour for feed. All-purpose or plain flour is a blended wheat flour with a protein content lower than bread flour. All-purpose wheat flour is available in bleached and unbleached varieties.
